To request a refund, contact us here or call 1-416-628-1072. If you request the refund from your bank directly, we will have no choice but to block your profile permanently. We also reserve the right to report the card and profile to your card issuer for possible fraud.

If you find a scammer / fake profile, or abusive / offensive member, please go to the profile you want to report, then click '...' on top right corner and select "Report". At last choose the reason, then submit.
